What We Do

Founded by blue collar workers, the Southwest Trades Foundation was created to help provide a pathway to the skilled worker and trades jobs that keep America moving.

Our Mission

We are striving to provide the tools and education, through scholarships and partnerships with educational institutions, to bridge the growing gap in America’s workforce.

Who we work with

Founded in Arizona, the Southwest Trades Foundation works with applicants across the state willing to put in the hard work to take their education, training, and future into their own hands. We work with vocational programs to help facilitate the tools needed to train and prepare the workforce of tomorrow. We are developing a scholarship program that can help provide funding for trades related jobs and that could lead to jobs in the workforce.

With a growing amount of America's workforce retiring, Americas infrastructure continuing to age, and many trades related jobs going unfilled, theirs’s a growing gab in skilled trades positions across the country. We’re here to help change that. Working with individuals who want to get their careers started or are looking to make a change. We are developing a scholarship program to help offset the cost of trade school and provide students with the tools they need to be successful.

We are dedicated to building relationships with vocational schools that help facilitate the training necessary to enter the ever-advancing workforce.

Our Long-Term Goals

Although we are a new foundation, we are pursuing partnerships with businesses and educational institutions all across the state. Our goal is to become an established well-known organization both within the state of Arizona, and eventually across the United States helping to get Americas youth the headstart they need to enter the skilled trades.
